    Hi! Love challenges with spreadsheets, means someone might always be looking. My weigh in day is Wednesdays is it okay to update it on our weigh in days or should we just weigh in on sundays for this particular challenge?

    I know it's still early for some of you, but it's 9/19 where I am (lol) so I'll check in! I'm also gonna try to convert to lbs so I don't look so weird on the spreadsheet, haha....

    Starting: 50.2kg (110.7lb)

    Goal: 47kg (103.6)

    A good start! It happens a lot faster when I eat back my exercise calories...

    My weigh in day has always been Saturday. For here Ill put what I weigh on Friday mornings. But I wont actually take that as my weight unless its the same on Saturday mornings. But my weight down so that's a good thing!

    Starting late, but I can add my stuff now. I weigh on Fridays, so I already have my week 1 numbers:

    For the short term season:

    Well 2lb gain this week, but I had expected that due to less exercise and bad portion sizes. Not the end of the world though as I have been back on track the last few days so not going to let it get me down.
    Hopefully next week will be better.
