8 stone off for me now, really like the sound of that :happy: I won't be able to weigh-in next week as I head away on holidays on Wednesday, I expect to put a few lbs on while I'm away but not too worried at all as I fully intend to change my approach when I come home, I will be no longer in a deficit and will be trying to start building muscle up. Have a program set up for my self so looking forward to start and hopefully see some good muscle gains.0 -
Original starting weight: 147.8 lb.
Ultimate goal weight: 130 lb. + some muscle!
