Ok, I know I am ridiculously slow, always have been, but finally 4 pounds down, 16 left till Christmas! I am running 25 minutes, 3 times a week now and that is the only way that I have gotten the scale to move. I am really working on drinking more water and getting away from processed foods, little by little. We can do this!!!0
