    I only joined this group yesterday (thanks for inviting me!) and usually weigh in on a Sunday so will weigh tomorrow morning as usual but can also weigh again and post next Friday with everyone else.
    Last recorded weight 12st 10lbs (178lbs)

    Goal Weight (by the end of the challenge): 158lbs
    Goal Aim: 20lbs - minimum 14lbs

    Love this poem:

    Hello, do you know me?

    If you don't, you should. I'm a pound of fat,

    And I'm the HAPPIEST pound of fat that you would ever want to meet.

    Want to know why?

    It's because no one ever wants to lose me;

    I'm ONLY ONE POUND, just a pound!

    Everyone wants to lose three pounds, five pounds, or fifteen pounds, but never only one.

    So I just stick around and happily keep you fat.

    Then I add to myself, ever so slyly, so that you never seem to notice it.

    That is, until I've grown to ten, twenty, thirty or even more pounds in weight.

    Ok, I know I am ridiculously slow, always have been, but finally 4 pounds down, 16 left till Christmas! I am running 25 minutes, 3 times a week now and that is the only way that I have gotten the scale to move. I am really working on drinking more water and getting away from processed foods, little by little. We can do this!!!
