Diet – Don’t eat after 8pm No bread & added more veggies; 64 oz water 7 days
Mind – Call my family more
Week 3 Actual:
Fitness – 358 calories avg (workout 90 + mins x 5 days); booty challenge 4 days
Diet – Ate after 8pm 2 days; Added more veggies; 64 oz water days
Mind – Called a different family member daily.0
