It was a teasing month but today that scale just decided today was the day.
Crossing fingers it doesn't throw me back into the 90's tomorrow.

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I am 1 week post op and just hit 10kgs/20lbs down so we can celebrate our wins together :)

    Well done!!! Your well on your way to an amazing journey. Don't panic when stalls comes along,,,they don't hang around forever. I am a great believer in rewards for reaching goals you set. Have you set any goals yet? I am still in the obese bmi category which is frustrating to me because I don't feel obese any more. But I guess a 52.2 bmi to a 32.2 bmi is progress. Reward time. Clothes for you maybe? I am having a new style haircut. :-)

    Great idea to set rewards for goals, I think I might get a haircut too - I'm trying not to buy clothes cos I know they won't fit me for long!!

    32 is so close to moving you out of obese zone and what an amazing effort so far.
