  • Oops...I'm late on this too. I will do better next week with watching my sugar intake. This week I'm trying to get back in the swing of tracking everything (good and ohhh not so good).
  • @Scmitt: Yes, it is okay to follow the percentages that My Fitness Pal assigns for the categories of carbs, protein and fat. :) It is a good guideline, unless you have been told differently by your provider or a health professional, stick with those percentages.

  • I too use the app on my phone most often and so did not see these message boards until now. My Sugar goal is to replace soda with tea. I usually sruggle to drink water daily but have recently found that I love hot tea. This has been my way to get in my needed daily water intake.
  • My Goal is to watch my portions and try to eat earlier (instead of 8:30-9:00 at night).
