Where do you get Vitamin E from?
- Almonds, peanuts, spinach, asparagus.
Today's Food
- Breakfast: 1 egg, 3Tbs egg whites, 1 sausage Patty
- Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, banana, yogurt.
- Dinner: TBD
Water: only at 20oz so far thus not doing well.
Exercises: Working day shift. I'll do sqauts tonight assuming I get off work at the right time.0 -

Breakfast: grapefruit and weeds and seeds
Lunch: garbanzo bean sandwich
Dinner: ??
water: I'm on my way to 3.5L of water
Exercise: I did a 1/2 hour of cardio this morning am planning on doing a Hiit this evening.0 -
Vitamin E from bell peppers, chilli powder, almonds and spinach.
Food Breakfast: Fermented rice pancakes without oil and coconut chutney.
Lunch: Rice Pulao with Cottage Cheese curry and Potato and cauliflower stir fried and a dessert.
and 16 hours fast with only 1 cup tea.
Water: Around 1.5 l.
Exercise: Still recovering. So only walked for 40mins.0 -
Vitamin e is in foods I like and regularly eat.
I walked an hour.

And kept in cals, did homecooked baked chicken and sweet potatoes for dinner.0 -
Late check in...
Yesterday went poorly because i got caught up in my school work the entire day and had to rely on convenience. I started out great but then once I got home I ate junk. I drank plenty of water.
I get my vitamin E from my veggies and almonds.0
