    25 mins of cardio and 20 mins of walking.. i too have started feeling a bit lazy these days. but somehow i have decided i don't want to miss even a single day till my birthday on 23rd september.

    Had a very bad work on the exercise & eating front due to office commitments! i will not be achieving my target! :cry:

    640 minutes done till date; and I might be able to do another 400 minutes for the balance 10 days.

    a relaxed weekend of no exercise and im back with 45 minutes today. Week 5 day 1 of C25K.

    Not going to meet my target this month. :cry: Have been very bad about tracking and exercise. On a positive note I ran my first 5k race last Saturday and finished in under 35minutes. :)

    I'm just going to join the October thread. This one is a lost cause now.

    im still struggling with week 5! and yup this month is a lost case for me too! i overslept today and missed my exercise again! :sad: :sad: :sad: and october will have 2 marriages and a chutti week plus diwali! yikeS!!!!!

    congrats fitmiks for the race:) n thanks jasneet for setting up the new challenge.
    I too have a wedding to attend a week long off from work. im hoping i can keep up with my plan.

    My last post for this month. completed another 155 mins in this last week - 2 sessions of c25k and some hiit and walking.
    Total minutes completed in the month - 900/1500. My goal was too overambitious i guess. I will try to get in 60 more mins of workout tomorrow.

    My ideal plan for October - 1000 mins.

    well it is the wedding and festival season this october! :)

    I've completed 900 minutes of my planned 1200...I'll clock another 30-40 minutes more tomorrow!
