Great losses guys keep it up.
Back from vacation and I think I have put about 9lbs on but will wait till my usual weigh-in day on Sunday and see where I am then. I know it won't be 9lbs of fat and most will likely be water retention due to the copious amounts of alcohol I consumed :laugh: :drinker: Not too worried as I'll soon get straight back in to the zone.0 -

I keep gaining 3 to 4 pounds and then working all week to get it back down. It's very frustrating and I'm not sure why. Still I keep going but some days I feel like throwing out the scale. Lol.0 -
Original starting weight: 147.8 lb.
Ultimate goal weight: 130 lb. + some muscle!
My start of the month (9/02 Tuesday): 136.0 lb.
9/07 Sun: 137 lb.

I finally got past 136 lb. which was my previous low. I feel great! Let's see how well I can keep this up over the next month as we are going on vacation TODAY. Family visits and Disneyworld, here we come!!!!!0 -

That sounds like you are retaining water, try drinking more water infused with sliced lime to help flush your system, it will probably make you weigh more initially but should have cleared through your system in a day or two0 -
