All about snacks!

Hi All!

What is your fav healthy snack options with good nutrition value if you are trying to lose weight?

I want to add a few good ones to my list.

Below are some of my recent favs:
1. Air popped popcorn. I make a big bowl and pack them in 5-6 sandwich bags for each day to carry to have with tea at 3pm
2. Carrot sticks with greek yogurt with mint flakes, flax meal, salt, pepper
3. Boiled sweet potato
4. pepita seeds
5. greek yogurt with strawberries
6. Goji berries

Pls help me add to the list!

    unsalted roasted black chana is my go to snack. very filling and one cant eat too much..and a good burst of protein too.

    with tea, it is one piece of rusk or popcorn.

    how does your popcorn stay fresh for 5 days? ours will soften up within hours! and then its not tasty at all.

    You have roasted black chana - with skin is it?
    Popcorn - I seal them in vacuum boxes and pack them in ziplock bags to carry. They stay crisp for atleast 4-5 days.
