This morning I reached 75 pounds lost since March. So very thankful I found keto - excited for my future progress, too. :)

    Celebrating by taking a day off the gym and re-painting my nails instead haha. :)

    Well since starting keto I've slept better (cured years of insomnia) and I've felt the endless energy everyone talks about. I have PCOS and my periods have been brutal my whole life; they've been significantly lighter every month since starting. I also just bought a fall jacket in 2-3 sizes smaller than the fall coats I wore last year, too! :)

    I started MFP back in April, just after you did, and I really wish I had tried keto back then...I would have lost much more weight by now. Better late than never though! ;)
