Cut or Maintain?

I have 15-20 lbs to lose after having my third baby. I've been cutting, with success for three months. I'm not sure of my body fat % though. I'm wondering if I should stop cutting and maintain or slow bulk to build muscle to see more results. I want to lean out and build muscle. Also, I have a lot of loose skin after losing 80 lbs in 2011. Thanks!

  • Well what are your goals? If you have been cutting for several months and want to start bulking I'd say go for it! Plus it's getting colder and *I* feel like it's OK to put on a few extra pounds while you build muscle.
