Android User (Vivofit) - Sync between MFP & GC

Probably there are other posts about this. Here is the deal. When Garmin and MFP FIRST started talking a few months ago, for a VERY FEW Days (Week tops) everythign worked perfectly for myself and i was Over the Moon happy...Then an update happened and it hasn't worked right since. I have tried everything - deleting the app(s), re-installing. Logging out and back in. etc etc etc.
So currently what happens is my acitivty logs in Garmin all day. But the activity does not export to MFP.... Now, yes, I can just go by what Garmin tells me I have left in calories, but it bugs me because here in MFP it would look as if I were going over my count every single day..... So, I created an exercise titled "Garmin Calorie Adjustment" and I enter that, based on what my Connect app tells me I have earned as far as "active" calories. I just don't understand (okay I do) why it was working and then changes were made and it doesn't. Also wondering if all of the IOS users out there have everything working as they should and it's just us android users suffering. MFP IS importing into GC for now, as far as food and activity. but GC Is NOT exporting activity to MFP. So I guess this is a GC issue, not an MFP issue. And everything I hear is that Garmin has awful customer service. Wondering if anyone out there has heard anything about fixes in the future. Anyone else maybe possibly figured out the miracle cure to get it to all talk to each other happily.... Thanks for taking the time to read.

    For a couple of days at the end of September, the calorie adjustment was showing up in MFP with 0 calories. But beyond that I haven't seen any problems with it not appearing.

    Keep in mind the Garmin Calorie Adjustment activity that should be automatically created is something that MFP creates based on the difference in burned calories between MFP and GC. It's NOT an activity that is created in Garmin Connect, so it's not really a problem on Garmin's end.

    For iOS users, GC was updated today and MFP was updated on 9/28. Neither update mentions bug fixes for the other App.

    I just reconnected mine recently (end last week or so) and so far it's been working. Can't really say it's working correctly cuz I have some issues w/the way GC does things but it does transfer over my activities and any positive adjustments (I don't allow negative adjustments).

    Hopefully yours will start working soon.

    ChurchBell, Not sure if this will help or not...
    I had my sync stop working just the other day. I found that I had accidently made changes to my profile info that is pushed to my ViviFit while on my PC (at work) in the Web interface. It came up and said something about it would update the info the changes the next time sync with my vivofit happened. I didn't think about it at the time but found the next day my GC and MFP were not talking. I ended up making a change to my profile on my phone (the device I have paired with my vivofit) and forced them to sync. After I did this my MFP and GC started talking again.

    I think since I made the change on the PC it quit working while waiting on the info update to happen. But since it was waiting on the PC to do the update it wasn't going to happen.

    I hope I made this understandable and it helped. I'm not sure how they really sync since I've only been using the two of them for going on three weeks now.
