I'm not really well educated on refeeding/carb cycling/ targeted carbs- but from what I read, if you want the weight to go down, don't refeed. I think it helps to think of consuming carbs as a refeed rather than a cheat, though- just less guilt inducing!
I plan to continue sticking with my macros.
Except yesterday- I bought a diet juice for me and a regular one for my daughter, laughed that there were 46 grams of carbs in hers, then accidentally SLAMMED THE WRONG ONE.
So I guess I accidentally did a refeed0
