Another month another challenge!
So, set yourself a target for the month, one that's challenging to you. It doesn't matter if it's 31 hours, 310,000 steps or 100 miles or whether it's more or less as long as it's a challenge for you.

I am new to the group, so this will e my first time doing this challenge. I am off to a good start though. I did 5 miles today!0

My goal, as always is 100 miles! Hoping to meet that early and push on, but starting with a goal that I"ve had trouble meeting so far... Still have a pulled muscle and had to cut the treadmill short today, but 3 - 4 miles a day average shouldn't be too bad!!
I'm measuring with my Fitbit Flex, that must think I have a shorter stride than I do...It always shows me with fewer miles than the treadmill, or the measured trails. Oh well. Better to be below than saying I did more than I actually did!!

My goal is 175 miles over the period of the challenge - so this week I am aiming 44 miles. ;-)0 -
At the end of last month my Fitbit died on me but I have a new one and hope to meet last months numbers, or at least keep up with my weekend steps.
