Week 5 Goal: 2500
10/01 Day 1: 556 (Cleaning, walk,jog up and down stairs, stretch )
10/02 Day 2: 577 + 30 second plank ( walk, cleaning)
10/03 Day 3: 574 + 40 second plank (walk , work , cleaning, stretch,pushups)
10/04 Day 4: 584 + 50 second plank (walk , work, carrying, moving boxes)
10/05 Day 5:621 ( walk, cleaning, jog , legs ,stretch) + 60 second plank
Total: 2912 + 30 and 40 sec.,50, 60 sec Plank

I was able to get a run in but I want to get some kind of a walk in today! We are on the road so I'll probably have to do it this evening! Sorry that means my results won't be in till probably NOT till this evening, SORRY! Happy Sunday everyone!0

I got to just under 2000 calories burned.
I did not do any planks though, since I'm not sure how to get down and then get back up again without hurting my knee, and without bending it either. The logistics are...interesting.
Not great, but not bad either. I'm really hoping I can start walking normally and bending my knee soon.0 -
