I was disappointed Friday when I weighed and hadn't lost anything. Got up Saturday morning and weighed 195.5. I started to use that as my weight, but changed my mind. My weigh in day is Fridays and it will just look better this Friday.0 -

Hi, my overall goal is to lose 32lbs in 32 weeks as that would get me down to 10 stone in time for my holiday to Florida in May. My weigh in day is going to be a Thursday & I've already lost a pound since Monday so that's 1 down, 31 to go!! I aim to lose at least 1 pound a week so wish me luck!!

No loss this week! Went away for 4 days and had Thanksgiving!0 -
So, THIS week, I gained a little even though I was perfect with my calories, but I am hopeful that it's because i just REALLY amped my exercise, and my personal experience is I often gain just a bit for the first couple weeks (maybe water retention or something?) when I amp my exercise. Oh well.
