    I just weighed in and I'm 161.8 :) SO I surpassed my goal :D For next week Sunday I would like to get down to 160 :)

    I was disappointed Friday when I weighed and hadn't lost anything. Got up Saturday morning and weighed 195.5. I started to use that as my weight, but changed my mind. My weigh in day is Fridays and it will just look better this Friday.

    Goal is to loss 1 pound per week. Not sure if I should celebrate, be disappointed, or take the average of the two weigh ins :smile:

    Next week will be tough as I am taking a trip out East to visit my sister. Lots of eating out, travel time, and less consistent workout routine.

    I made goal finally. I feel very motivated and excited this morning. I was beginning to think something was wrong with me because I wasn't losing. Then I started weighing and measuring everything.
