    I am sorry for disappearing last month, I took some time out whilst healing. I haven't stopped walking, just been away from the computer.
    My target for this month is 100 miles from today.

    Hello Everyone,

    I missed y'all so decided to count up my miles so far, 13 and keep going. I'm concentrating on strength this month so I won't set a goal, just do what I can.

    As usual, you all are doing great! :D

    10/2-WAP-Walk Slim-4 Fast Miles=7 Miles total
    10/3-Just Walk-Walk it off in 30 Days-2 miles=9 miles total
    10/4-Just Walk-Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan-4 miles=13 miles total
    10/5-WAH-5 Mile Fat Burning Walk-5 miles=18 miles total
    10/8-WAP-3 Fast Miles-21 miles total

    My goal for October: I will walk a minimum of 2 DVD 'miles' or 30+ outside minutes at least 5 days a week.

    So far: 12 Leslie/ or other walking DVD miles

    @ heavenlyb14, I'm so glad that you are back to posting, and that you have been walking while recovering! <3 That rocks for sure!! Riverside miles would be lovely!

    I walked 7.5 miles this morning and I walked for 2 hrs and 19 minutes. That is the longest I have walked but not the furthest. My son joined me for the first 4.5 miles. I wanted to make sure I got 5 miles in and then I did not want to stop. The best part....my son has now joined MFP!!!
