Foods w/ perfect macro ratios?

I just realized that my fretta recipe (eggs, Italian sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms) is almost an ideal food:
F: 69%
P: 25%
C: 6%

Anybody have any other meals/ dishes that are near to perfect in this way? I try to pre-plan my food early in the day in order to get as close as possible to my macro goals, but would be delighted to have some ideas of things that I don't need to worry about.

i will start to search for some as i think it makes it soooo much easier if the recipe itself has ideal macros rather than trying to always choose this choose that and hope to balance the macros at the end of the day ;)

    For me:

Mescalin salad with 1/5 an avocado, 4 slices thick bacon and a hflc salad dressing slathered on is virtually perfect. But I only eat 20% protein for my needs.

I don't really have a recipe, but i do find that it's easier to have balanced macro meals than to try to "fix it" at the end of the day.

My breakfast every morning has perfect macros - 2g carbs, 30g fat, 23g protein (saute mushrooms and spinach in butter + tsp avocado oil then scramble 2 eggs with hot sauce and add mozzarella cheese at the end). My portabella tuna melt recipe has perfect macros too - 5g carbs, 37g fat, 25g protein. I probably have more but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Baked teriyaki tofu with broccoli, stir fried in coconut oil - add a little butter. 75/19/7

A good one that I found is overnight oats - 1/3 cup of alpro soya yogurt, 1/3 almond milk, tsp Chia seeds, 1/3 cup rolled oats mixed all together and left overnight in the fridge to set. I then add 10g ground flaxseed and a handful of berries.
    50% carb
    20% protein
    30% fat.
