TGIF!
Thanks for the well wishes 13strong and mamamageno . I did hurt my back Sunday which I've been dealing with this week, but yesterday I don't know what hit me. Huge headache and waves of super dizziness and general malaise. Maybe a migraine , maybe a bug? Feeling a little better today, but not great.
At any rate , trying to stay on track anyway. I've been having too many carbs , so going to curb that the rest of this week.
Brookfox : hope you are feeling better
13Strong: hope you got some work on your neck and you are feeling more energized.
As far as thankfulness, I am really thankful that I had a light week of tutoring this week due to fall break so I can take it easier.
I'll go for the meditation today and some modified stretching. I love bonus points
Hope all is well in everyone's world and that we all have a fabulous Friday!

Feel better!
I had an awful headache this morning, but after taking some ibuprofen and resting, it passed. I think it may be my backsliding a bit and getting reused to my low carb diet. My body is all "What are you doing?" haha Thanks for the concern!0 -
Stretched! And mediated.
Food - went way over. Gave in to impluse buying and eating.
Exercise - did better today.
Water - need to learn to drink up again. Maybe add ice or heat or something? Ideas would be helpful. Since I've cut down sodium, I'm cutting wanting water too it seems0 -
Friday's check in:
I went over my calories a little. I was sore from my run on Thursday so I just did some light walking. I started going to the library to study so I wouldn't be tempted to snack while I study lol. Friday wasn't really a very productive day. I just studied and cooked all day.
I'm thankful for my husband. He has been very supportive of me going back to school and helping out with the kids and the house. He supports me in my weight loss journey and never ever makes me feel bad. He has a way of looking at me like I still look the way I did 15 years ago. He's amazing!
What's everyone up to this weekend? I'm going to a baby shower and then my parents are taking us out to dinner to Olive Garden. Sunday is football and laundry as usual
Have a great weekend!

Food - junk. All day. I'm the process moving to the last apartment I'll live in till I'm married. So, fridge and cubboards are empty.
Because of the above, my stomach hurts. Ughhhh.
Water - decent. My preferred way to drink water is via straw or water bottle not out of a cup. Unless, its hot like for tea.
Exercise - still lacking.
Today went OK. I'm addicted to the internet and TV. The place I'm moving to is tiny with only basic cable and no internet. The place my fiance and I own has a monthly internet GB cap since its rural - and has a fair amount of projects needing done. I'm hoping between these two I won't have any more days wasted on things and plot lines that don't actually exist... *sigh*
How's everyone else this weekend?0 -
Brookfox- glad your headache is gone
Mamamageno: sounds like you have a wonderful husband!!! Btw, I have mounds of laundry waiting if you wanna stop by my house lol
13strong: I feel for ya having to move apartments. Moving is such a pain, isn't it? And no internet? What are you going to do without it? Is there some place you can go?
So far so good for me this weekend. I did eat too much unbuttered popcorn at the movies last night, but overall doing much better than last weekend. Today is a challenge while I am out at the resort pool to not order any tropical drinks and only order healthy food. I am motivated to stay strong lol. I'm still not feeling 100% so going to skip yoga today.
Hope everyone is having a Sensational Sunday!0 -
Food: Potato and green peas wrapped rice and lentil pancake for breakfast.
Rice and fish for lunch.
Exercise: Lower body workout.
Water: Not enough.
So not digging the new MFP look. It is a nightmare accessing through Opera on my phone.

PS as far as water goes, the water in Tucson is unhealthy to drink, so I drink bottled water (all day) and aim for 4 bottles a day, which isn't too hard when the temperatures are in the 100's , but , now that it is cooling down a bit, I have to remind myself.i do try to remember to take a bottle of water out with me wherever I go, too.0
