Welcome to the Personal Training with KT 90 Day Food Log Challenge! I hope you find this group fun, interactive, and a helpful tool along the way through your 90 day food logging journey!
As your group leader I will help keep you accountable by checking your logs, so please make sure you have gone into your settings, then diary settings, then privacy set to "Viewable to Friends Only." To make sure I can help you, I need to know what you're eating. This group is for YOU, so at any time you have questions or concerns, let me know!
I would like everyone to be as involved as possible, so let's start off by introducing ourselves.
I am Caitlin your group leader and I work with Katie as part of the Personal Training with KT Team. I have a certification in both personal training and nutrition. I would like to get as much out of this challenge as everyone else and plan to log every single day of the 90 days! You will all help keep me accountable as well

Hi! My name is Brydie. I'm a stay at home Mom with 2 boys. My favorite exercises are swimming laps, the elliptical machine, and the awesome strength training workouts Katie gives me. I joined this challenge to improve my eating habits and to start making better choices. Thanks for the support! ????0

My name is Michelle. I single 30 year old who has a job where I sit most of the day. My favorite form of exercise is kickboxing and I am currently training to run my first 10K in November. I joined this challenge so that I would have someone to be accountable to when it comes to my food consumption. I have no problem with the exercise portion of staying healthy....my food is my issue as I am always on the run and when I am not on the run it is difficult to cook for just one person (AND I hate vegetables!) I also have an all or nothing personality so as soon as I screw up or can't find nutritional facts for something (ie...homemade/specialty foods) I give up. I need to learn to get over my all or nothing mentality and know that both good days and bad days are going to happen.0

A little late, but my name is Rhonda. I am super busy and I struggle to fit in physical activity, but I like to walk/jog on my treadmill, take my dog outside, play Frisbee with my daughter and softball, softball, softball in the summer. I joined the challenge for accountability and get better control of my eating in my hectic life; I work full time (12 hour shifts) have a husband and daughter and I am currently enrolled in two graduate degree programs. I don't have a lot of extra time at all.0
