Week 2

Hey Everyone,

I've been looking through everyone's logs and they look GREAT! If you hadn't noticed I made my logs viewable to all of my friends so you could have a chance to check out what I'm eating. My diet hasn't been normal for the last week so pay no mind to the copious amounts of burgers and fries :wink:

Now that we've made it through the first week I want to you to reply to this post on what you feel you did well on week 1 and what you could improve on. Remember that as long as you're trying, you can NEVER fail! I've gone back a couple times and had to add things to a previous day to make it accurate. That's OKAY!

We are in this together and I want you to focus on positive things and continue to work on what you don't feel strong with.

    I was good about logging what I ate, but I need to improve on controlling my portion sizes and not going overboard. Looking forward to a better week of eating/logging.

    I need to plan better so that I'm not grabbing on the fly. Balance has been a challenge for me and I'm focused on fixing that. With that being said... I think this is the longest I've gone with consecutive logging, so that's a win for me.
