I am still following DANDR Extended Induction Phase so my food is from the acceptable induction food list. In addition i really only have one large main meal which is Dinner. Breakfast is typically one or two cups of coffee and lunch is a glass of Ecodrink multivitamin drink which takes care of cramps.

I've been eating nothing but beef, chicken (0 carbs) with a little cheese for fat, low carb veggies (frozen) and drinking tons of water. Lost 5lbs since Saturday. Just tried the Atkins bars last night. They're very filling and only 3 net carbs.

So you said 1-2 cups coffe in the am, eco drink for lunch and induction-based meal in the evening? Is this daily? I'd like to try this. Also where can I find the eco drink?

Pretty much my intake during weekdays but i also have a coffee in the evening.
We get the Ecodrink Packets at Sams Club but you can also get them on amazon. Life saver for cramps.

Thanks, just had my morning coffee. Im inspired by your weight loss so lets hope I too have better success. I loose crazy weight when I can stay focused, but on my days off I tend to slip. So I only end up loosing like 1-2lbs a week now. I think I need a regiment like yours to give me structure. Ill post results :)

I'm new to Atkins so I need to know if the weight loss during induction phase is mostly water even if I was watching my carb before I started Atkins!

@TheSatinPumpkin... It's working :) Just had to substitute the coffee for water. Made me jittery.

I have read the bar can slow weight loss so keep that in mind.

I just re-started a few days ago so here are my current weigh ins:

    10/15-128.2

I've made a few changes to my eating schedule and seeing great results...

Eating one big, Induction based lunch (til full)
Then a very small induction based dinner
A very small dessert after dinner (non induction)
    Coffee before bed

I have been doing this new routine for 4 days and have lost 4lbs. I'm averaging about a lb a day loss. I'm hoping this decreased intake of food will give my body a chance to burn off my gut without starvation. I just wanted to throw this routine out there for the newer folks as I know it can take lots of trial and error before finding the right adaptation of Atkins that's fits YOU. Make it your own. All our bodies are different!
