My wife and I just started Paleo on monday of this week, and so far we are loving it. I wanted to make a intro post and hello to the group. Hope to get lots of advice and help from the community!

    My husband and I started paleo on Monday too! I'm loving it maybe a little more than my husband!! Loving the no cravings after dinner part. Good luck :smile:
