I am sooo LOST with how much I'm supposed to eat anymore! At the beginning, I ate only 1200 calories per day, and I barely had any energy. So I slowly increased to 1800 as my workouts are intense and a lot... But then, I always come acorss articles that says to go by TDEE, and because I weight only 44 kg, my BMR Is only at 1130. Multiplying with 1.5 due to my level of workouts, my TDEE is 1680 something. THEN, to lose fats, I need to have 20% deficit, which comes around 1300 calories per day... I CAN'T EAT THAT LOW!! What am I going to do... Do I follow this advice or not?

try lifting weights, I don't think you should focus on calories. Keep a healthy daily calorie but if you want to lose fat especially belly fats, try weights and eat lots of lean protein

thank you! I can't lose more weight because I'll be unhealthy, but I"m scared if I eat to gain muscles, won't it hinder my progress of shredding the belly fats away?

Allisin..... you CAN increase muscle and cut fat. Muscle is made mostly of water, then Protein, then other nutrients. When gaining muscle you don't have to consume mass amounts of calories daily, but make sure you get enough water and protein. You can grow muscle on a slight calorie deficit, because the body burns fat as its fuel; though for bigger gains, a modest 10% increase daily can help you achieve that (you burn some calories creating that new muscle(growing what's there, technically), but you have to be lifting hard too. Muscle grows as a result of microtears that cause it to repair and grow. That's why you can't train the same muscles daily. Those people bulking and then cutting are yo-yo-ing, making it harder to keep excess weight off in the future, but are usually hard core competitive body builders who are usually trying to grow huge competition muscles.
