Another rubbish week. I didn't log for the majority of the week, as this week was an emotional roller coaster and dieting was on the lowest rank of the priority list! I ate horribly, and was absolutely convinced I would gained all the weigh back, but miraculously I still managed to lose a tiny bit (only 0.4 lbs). Very happy I'm not back to square one! Going to try to do better this week!0 -

It's about control! We all have those weeks. I know at least once a day I am tempted to dive into a pint of Ben and Jerrys. You just need to find healthier ways of managing it. Maybe walking? Calling a friend to talk. Going for a drive. Writing. Try and shift your focus. These changes can't happen over night and when you are used to living a certain way it IS a real struggle. I understand. We all understand. You CAN do it. Take the control back.

it's funny, I'm just now logging last weeks weight and this weeks weight is already due.
So one bad week after another, which has led to a combination of incomplete tracking, eating out, and eating junk has lead to weight gain. What's worse is the downward spiral didn't end there and frankly I'm scared of what week 6 is going to throw at me. Good news is I did accomplish a couple things, I got a gym membership, I got a personal trainer, and I ran a 5K.
