Hey:) I am 5 ft 0 I weigh 100 pounds and I'm what's called skinny fat I'm just wondering if this routine would help me to become how I want to be?: 5 days a week 2 hours of cardio and 30 minutes of body weight exercises and eating healthy ? Anything else I need to know aswell?? Also was thinking of buying a barbell but not sure what weight and would a barbell actually help?

I wanna be thin like this:

the link didn't work for me! sorry. I think lifting heavy is the best way to get toned and if you have some muscle it's easier to maintain because you can eat more!

LIFT if you work out at home gets some dumbbells. I don't lift super heavy, anywhere from 5lbs-15lbs with the dumbbells. and a 20-30lb body bar/ or empty barbell (you can also use 2 10lb or 2 15lb dumbells set on your shoulders) to do squats or dead lifts too. I do everyday
2 sets of 10 of all of these
flys, hammer curls, bent over rows, overhead press, front raises, bicep curls, squats, dead lifts, I also pair these with decline pushups (donkey pushups if at home and you don't have a bench) and leg raises for core strength. if you have gym access let me know I can list more things you can do.
these paired with what your doing should help. you will get great tone. use the elliptical instead of a treadmill for cardio and it will help tone your legs up too and it's way better for your joints.

    hope it helps.

sorry, is that 2 hrs of cardio 5 days a week? If so, there's really no need to be doing so much cardio! you'll burn yourself out! do some, but don't go too far.
Weights are the way to get "toned" as you say, tone is muscle. So many benefits to lifting weights, especially for women. Seriously look into that. The more lean mass you have, the more efficiently your body will work as an energy burning machine.

I know when I started doing squats I went from what my mom said was "all legs" to actually having a tushy. Getting stronger feels real good too.
