Curbing appetite and Cutting out Cravings

I have been sipping on water all morning and had around 200 calories worth of breakfast any tips or ideas to curb my appetite until lunch time.

Maybe snack on some veggies? I have trouble curbing appetite too ... I have a sweet tooth as well that gets me into trouble.0

i had an apple for a snack only because my neighbor offered it to me along with an energy drink. I'm saving the energy drink for the hubby and having the apple with water0
