I invited people from the thread that I had posted on. Hope we can support each other through this! I finished L1D6 last night and I don't know what people are talking about, it is not easier yet! lol
I have been sipping on water all morning and had around 200 calories worth of breakfast any tips or ideas to curb my appetite until lunch time.
How many calories do you burn doing level 1 of the 30 Day Shred ?
Does anybody here take days off of the shred? If so, do you do any other exercise? I think my muscles might need a recovery day, so trying to come up with something that will still get my blood pumping. Maybe some yoga or walking? What do the rest of you do? Anybody going straight through the 30 days?
