I can't do links but was I was thinking these Fitness blender work outs for butt and thighs 3 x's in addition to 3500 +calorie burn: 8 MINUTE BUTT AND THIGH + HIIT WORKOUT TO BANISH FAT AND BOOST ENERGY, OR AT HOME 10 MINUTE BUTT AND THIGH WORK - FB RAW.     Way to go Tamawamara!! I've been doing push ups regularly since May, it really does help with the saggy arms. Keep up the great work!
