    1. Exercise 30 min or more six days a week--went to a 75 min yoga class and it felt great
    2. 10 glasses of water a day--I guzzle a few glasses right when I wake to get me going
    3. get to bed no later than 11:30 each night
    4. no sweets (cookies, cake, candy, etc.)--to help with sugar, I drink my own version of the Aveda tea and just put some in my lunch bag for tomorrow.
    5. Bring lunch to work 4/5 days each week
