    Target : 240 lbs

    Oct 1st : 253.4 lbs

    Oct 8th : 253.8 lbs :neutral_face:
    I put on 0.4 lbs since last weigh-in and am disappointed. I still remain committed to achieve my target 240 lbs by month end
    Oct 15th: 246.2 lbs
    Seems like Target 240 lbs is easily achievable now... Worked really hard this week... Feeling awesome!!!

    Am I the only one getting a little confused here. Just a suggestion the beginning of the week maybe we could start a new discussion. To me it would be easier to keep up with how everyone is doing.

    This week was a disappointment - had a small injury to my calf muscle and couldn't do my regular walk
    Still committed to my target

    This won't stop me from loosing weight though... Still in high spirits!!! :smile:
