Well, I'm ending it a week early. I just cannot keep doing all the shoulder and wrist moves in workouts 11 and 12. I did a week of them, it was a painful strain, and I don't want to get hurt. So, I guess I did the 84 Day Body Revolution!

I wasn't looking to lose weight, but lost an inch in my waist and hip measurements. The best result though is how strong I feel and look. My arms are toned and no longer jiggle. :) My thighs haven't looked this good since my twenties. Very happy!

I also feel a bit addicted to these types of super-challenging workouts.

I'll be starting a new Jillian on Monday!
