Week 9 Challenge - 3500 Calorie burn + workout for butt and thighs

Here are a Couple 8-10 minute workouts : To choose from: Butt and thigh + HIIT WORKOUT TO BANISH FAT AND BOOST ENERGY or At home 10 minute butt and thigh work-FB RAW. One of those three times this week in addition to 3500 calorie burn. Good luck everyone!!!!

    I will do my best to get the thigh/butt workouts in. I am away to celebrate our 15th anniversary, biking around to wineries this week (hopefully the weather holds up). I am not sure if I will have reliable internet access. I do have fitstar, so if DH sleeps in & I don't, I will get something done. They have a beach booty workout that looks pretty tough. There is a leg one too.. I will do my best!

    I will do the butt/thighs workout Sat & Sun plus I will try maybe Friday night! I found this core HIIT I'm doing to improve my lower body! If anyone knows where I can TRADE my knees in for a newer pair, let me know, lol.

    Enjoy your time away ... and Happy Anniversary! OOO! wineries, NICE! If you know some good butt /thigh moves use those, Doesn't necessarily HAVE to be FITNESSBLENDER. I like to multitask and get in strength moves AND Cardio, and up the burn... I've gotten to the point(been married almost 19 years)That it Irks me when Hubby gets up early and Ruins my plans to work out/ Play on the computer. Luckily, it doesn't happen MUCH! It's ok Though , I just come up w/ a back up plan...

    Yes, It Is. Yeah it was tough. Still Bit sore from it. But will Do the 10 Minute one Today. I Don't Think that one has HIIT In it. I'm Doing a Regular Butt / Thighs Workout on Sat. In conjunction with the rest of the body and aerobics class.

    The week we did lunges, I lunged walked to the bathroom at work when ever I was alone & remembered. 15 there & 15 back lol. My kids would never be surprised it if lunged between houses. They would laugh & would be embarrassed. Not surprised though :)

    Hopefully will get in 2 of the leg/butt workouts this weekend. Unreliable internet at the hotel & the lazies took over.

    Problems with my lower back right now, so no butt and thigh workouts this week.
