Week 9 Challenge - 3500 Calorie burn + workout for butt and thighs
Here are a Couple 8-10 minute workouts : To choose from: Butt and thigh + HIIT WORKOUT TO BANISH FAT AND BOOST ENERGY or At home 10 minute butt and thigh work-FB RAW. One of those three times this week in addition to 3500 calorie burn. Good luck everyone!!!!

I will do my best to get the thigh/butt workouts in. I am away to celebrate our 15th anniversary, biking around to wineries this week (hopefully the weather holds up). I am not sure if I will have reliable internet access. I do have fitstar, so if DH sleeps in & I don't, I will get something done. They have a beach booty workout that looks pretty tough.
