Dedicateting next year to better health

A few months ago I was going through a very rough patch as far as weight and fitness is concerned. Long story made short: I gained 30 pounds in twelve weeks, and I'm only 5ft. 2... Some binge-days were as bad as 7000 kcal. There was a lot going on in my life, I felt overwhelmed and decided that food was the best way out.
September 8th was the last time I binged. I realized that my health was in great danger and that I as a person was missing out on life. Before this day I honestly did not believe that I could stop binging Since then, my weight has been going down steadily. I have not binged even once since then. I have not eaten in frustration etc... I have tracked most days on MFP and started exercising.

I would love some support on this journey. :) I am dedicating a year to weight loss. All that means is that my only goal for the coming 10 months is to never binge, never gain weight (not fluctuating as we all do, but actually gaining weight), and to lose weight, no matter how slow . Please let me know if I can add you.

Oh my goodness please feel free to add me! I would love to connect with someone who has such a tremendous outlook on health and fitness. I sincerely congratulate you for doing so well since your last binge. I've had a similar experience where I gained almost 25 pounds in two months, so I completely understand where you're coming from.

I also like that you're already working towards a new year's resolution :)
