The kinda nutrition/diet that works for me is what I call the "low-carb/keto/paleo/whatever" diet (LCKPWD). I kinda slide between all of them so that none may seem so onerous. I guess ideally I would be in borderline/light ketosis while eating really clean/"paleo" ALL THE TIME. But it doesn't work that way, especially the eating really clean part, so I use the above as a rough guide.
Anyway, looking to see how other folks do a keto diet. So add me. 0 -
