I just had a huge non-scale victory and just had to share. A few minutes ago, I was in the bathroom changing clothes and we have a huge mirror in there. Normally, I try to avoid looking because I have major issues with my sagging skin. But today I looked and noticed that for the first time in a long time, maybe even the first time ever, I'm actually starting to look like I have a defined waist!!!!! It may only be the beginning of one, but I will take it. So excited!!!!!!!

    Thanks Donna. I've been working real hard on accepting my body (sagging skin and all). Sometimes it's hard to see the smaller me inside all the extra skin but every once in a while I get a glance of her, lol.
