So in addition to simply falling behind, we're also having some issues adapting to the new forum structure and the combination of the two basically means we suck at replying to group threads.

Just so you don't feel bad for neglecting me (just kidding), I've pretty much resolved my own hip flexor issue with a little rest and lots of added stretching exercises. I'm gradually adding back in DL's and Squats as long as I don't feel it in the hip I assume I'm good to go.
