"Calories out" in app

Hi, my app is tracking my steps and calories that I've burned,I'm using MFP to track "calories in" and it's sending the data to fitbit. When I click the food part on my app the "out calorie"s say 0 even tho in the main overview it says I have burned quite a lot, in turn the gauge part says I'm over even tho I know I'm not, the app also isn't sending the adjustment to MFP (the online dash is fine). It wasn't doing this initially, when I first installed and was sending calories burned over to MFP.
I have tried reinstalling with no luck
I hope this makes sense, thanks in advance , Nick!

App problems. Don't use the apps.
I don't - no issues ever.0 -
You mean only use the desktop version of Fitbit?0

Well, it's not the syncing the stats off the device issue, it's the syncing the stats between app server and account server, over to MFP (or vice-versa Fitbit) account server, then back to app server, then to your app.
There is no desktop version really - there is the web browser access to your account. If you could sync the device with your phone, but only deal with your account through the web browser and not the app, ones have reported better success that way too.0 -
Ive been having the same problem for about a week. I contacted customer service and they said they told their techs...blah blah blah I just want it to work!

Mine seems to be syncing but not calculating calories burned the same. My fitbit calculates my calories burned as 1844 but MFP says 1710. Any idea why these calories burned totals aren't the same?0

Is that next day looking back on a completed day, or mid-day looking at expected daily burn?
Confirm you have your stats the same between sites, because MFP starts with Mifflin BMR, Fitbit starts with something usually within 5-10 cal, so the daily burn should be mighty close.
They do handle the future estimate differently, and if you have Calorie Estimation on in Fitbit Settings, it'll really handle it differently.
