Does anyone have exercises or recipes that work for them they would like to share. Does anyone want to do a fitness challenge. Tell us how to make this group fun

I had great results when doing the Insanity/P90X hybrid. (See profile pic) I no longer have the friends working out with me so a little more difficult now. I want to start doing a hybrid Insanity/T25 at lunch time while I do my Ice Cream Fitness workout in the evening. I got a shin splint this past weekend so it put a crimp in my plans! I'm hoping to start on Monday.0

If you want a high protein/low carb meal a lettuce wrap is awesome! Just watch for that sodium content with the soy sauce! I found a recipe online, because homemade are so much healthier!0

I'm not sure what kind of fitness level everyone is at but maybe we can have some kind of fitness challenge. I know my weakness in the kitchen is getting a serving of fruit and a serving of vegetables daily. Maybe a challenge like that for 3 days straight?0

That sounds like a good challenge. So, for three days straight snacks are fruit and vegetable? Should we make it more interesting and do it on the weekend when I eat the most junk?0

This weekend will be especially hard for me so maybe we should... Saturday through Monday AND at least 8 cups of water!! It doesn't have to be a snack, you can have your vegetable as a side or incorporated in your entrée for any of your meals.0

So I nailed our 3 day challenge. Next I think we need to work on a physical challenge. I've been trying to be consistent with my Ice Cream Fitness, but failed miserably last week. I'm supposed to do the program every MWF. I'd like to challenge myself to make every one of those days through November 24th. (I won't have access the W or F of that week as I will be out of town for the holiday.) What is your commitment/challenge until the holidays?!0

I also did well on our challenge, and was happy with it. As for the physical challenge I am already making myself work out every day. I need to challenge myself to a day off (lol). I will be challenging myself to Work out on the holiday itself instead of sitting around eating junk all day.0

I'm going to challenge the family to playing on the wii, be it the dancing games or the sports games!0
