This is me after yoga class with some of my yoga pals. I am the one doing the standing back bend (black sports bra and shorts and glow-in-the-dark-pale skin!). When I first started practicing (about 18 months ago) I could not do more than drop my head back and "lean" a little-- definitely NOT how it looks now!!

TY! I really wish I had been courageous enough to take pics of what my poses looked like when I started. I know I have made a TON of progress in 18 months.... sometimes I get discouraged day in/day out because it is harder to see the difference.Nice!! Now that you are adding to your modeling portfolio, I assume the NY runways are next!
How did you know my next move? My agent says he just KNOWS Ford will be calling any day now!! LOLklcovington wrote: »Soooo cool!!

Holy cow, that is impressive. Clearly you are not only looking great but feeling great too! You should be really proud, I would be (or will be?) if I could accomplish that.0

That is amazing! AND, I want to be in the mental space where I feel comfortable to rock a sports bra and shorts. Not there yet. That in itself would be a huge NSV for me. Good job, Thaeda!!0

Well, I have to tell you it was a MAJOR hurdle for me to get the confidence to wear a sports bra and shorts in the hot room. I was literally shaking the first time I did it-- but you know what? I walked into the room and no one even blinked (let alone snickered or even pointed and laughed like I had catastrophized in my head). I just kept showing up, wearing the same outfit til I could do it without fear. Took awhile, lemme tell ya!!0
