Crossfit King of Prussia WOD:
"Rankel"
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
155/225 pound Deadlift,
6 reps 7 Burpee pull-ups,
10 Kettlebell swings 55/70,
Run 200 meters.

We did "The Seven".
7 rounds of 7 reps of
HSPU
Thrusters
Knees to elbows
Deadlifts
Burpees
KB swings
Pull-ups
I didn't finish in the 40 minute time cap, but I worked my *kitten* off and got through 6 of the 7 rounds. Scaled to 55# thrusters, 125# DL, ring rows, and 25# KB. I'm proud of RXing the HSPU for the first time. Every single rep after the first round hurt.0 -

9 min AMRAP
100m sprint
11 sit ups
11 air squats
100m sprint
22 sit ups
22 air squats
etc..add 11 reps each round
Rest 2 minutes, then 9 min AMRAP
100m sprint
11 pushups
11 box jumps
100m sprint
22 push ups
22 box jumps

11x Hang Power Snatches 35/25kg
11x Burpees
11x Thrusters 35/25kg
11x Pull ups
On the 11th min pause for 1 whole minute before carrying on.0
