    OK so I am officially 'overweight' yet a clothes size 10 (US size 6).. I'm quite muscular but want to shrink a little

    I am a 23 y.o. student.

    I am 166cm/ 5'4"
    Highest weight: 65kg/ 143lbs
    Current weight: 54kg/ 118lbs
    Goal weight: 49-50kg/ 110lbs

    Calorie target: 1350 per day (Sit at a desk for studying but I go running twice a week)
    I eat a mainly veggie diet with some chicken/fish. I don't eat red meat.

    Current 5k time: 25min
    Goal 5k time: 24min
    Current 10k time: 57min
    Goal 10k time: under 55min... 53min?

    Would love to find someone with the same slight loss/maintenance goals! :)

    We could be twins?? I've been heavier than your heaviest but dw that was when I was completely not watching my weight!

    I'd also like to tone up and especially focus on the core- that's my worst area!

    Hey there! New here as well, though I've been on MFP for 4 years now :)

    Goal body fat: 18-20% - as I was told this is ideal for triathletes, and I am one! Will try to find my "twin" as well :)

    I've been watching my weight go up and down for about 44 years. Now, I just want to keep it down under 127 and gain more muscle and quit shrinking! I'm not willing to give up sugar, alcohol or carbs in general but consider myself a healthy eater. Friend me if you are thinking I might be your twin :)

    I have 5 kids under 7 so I understand how stressful it can be to get exercise in. I don't go to the gym at all. I do all my workouts at home from DVDs.

    I'm 137 lb right now
    Goal weight of 125 - 130 lbs
    Hoping to use calisthenics to train my muscles and tone up! I should actually mention I want my "before muscle" weight to be 125ish. After I start building some up, I don't really mind where my weight lands so long as it's not much fat that I'm gaining.
    So I guess goal BF of 20 - 22%?

    I want to substitute my fat for muscle, so the goal weight is actually me being skinny with no muscle, so the final result will vary and I don't mind at all. Body fat %? No idea!

    I think we're pretty similar. Semi-twins if you will. But, you are probably one of the closest to me.

    This is the heaviest I've ever been, and it's really discouraging. I quit smoking 8 months ago and ate my way through it... time to actually get healthy now :)

    New to the group! Here are my stats.

    Height: 5'4"
    HW: 145lbs
    CW: 135lbs
    GW: 125-130lbs (will assess once I get to 130)

    I work out usually 5-6 days a week alternating cardio and CrossFit. Currently sticking to 1400 calories a day and eat a low-carb/high protein diet.

    I walk the dog for about 50 min each morning and usually again at night. I'm trying to get to the gym a little more but despite my free membership from work I've only managed once in the last 3 months...

    Sounds like we are pretty exact twins! (Except for your admirable levels of exercise!)
