So, I picked up a Midland portable CB for my Jeep.
I figured I only use it off road.
Well, seeing that I am now doing more and more off roading, I decided to make a more permanate situation for this small portable unit.
I swear, professional CB people have their own language.
All I needed was a few adapters but, every single call was like I was talking to some underground group that I never knew existed.
"Well, do you need the PRC adapter or, are you gonna need the Panel mount SO239 double female?"
I am like.. "Um.... I don't know.. I am just trying to put the antenna in the dash"

Anyway, I am just venting.

Yeah. I used to be real into c.b. Radios, some of the hard core c.b. People. Tend to have a superiority complex. Heaven forbid they explain anything in layman terms and have that info get out. lol
