Hello folks - I see we are currently 622 members strong. I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and a holiday season filled with joy, inspiration, and maintaining our health and fitness goals in spite of the many temptations!

I wonder of these 622, how many would like to just jump in to say "here!" as we call the roll?

I'm grateful for the support of the MFP community and particularly for this special group.

    Here! Looking forward to the holidays. Put my Snow Village up last week. Got my Christmas Dishes out yesterday. Thanksgiving evening the Sons-in law and nephews carry up the rest of the decorations for Christmas.

    i'm here !! looking for pals around my age ( 62 years young) i'm on everyday many times a day. looks like that i'm geathering pals -for i have many but a lot haven't posted for a very long time --hate to delete anyone. hope to get more pals ...ty...

    Welcome Emmietoby......most of us are on here every day ... I stick to this group of like minded and similar aged people...... we have the same problems and attitudes and support each other through thick and thin. Best place to be! :D
