Hello, I'm starting my C25k this evening when I get off work. Anyone out there that wants to start with me? Feel free to join in and add me. Best of luck to the rest of you :)

    Good luck with your first run. Let me know how you get on. I'm now on week 5 can't believe I'm doing this and enjoying it.

    That is motivational, thank you. I've done it before, it's been a a few years but I DID love it after the first couple of weeks, I know I love to run (at least I used to), it's just building up my endurance again to where I can enjoy it. You too, good luck with yours..

    Hi just completed my first run there now. Looking forward to next one. Do you know if i can automatically sync my calories with myfitnesspal?
