Another beautiful morning in LA. The work on my backyard is almost complete now. I have designated one small area for fitness. I plan to get an exercise mat and do simple warm up exercises on weekends.

I did not achieve any of the stated goals for yesterday but intend to work on calories limit and 30 minutes walk today.

    Ranking sheets have been updated. I have discontinued the %age Wt Loss Ranking sheet to simplify the process. Now we have three challenge graduates and few more knocking at the exit door. Great job everyone.

    Hello everyone and happy Sunday!
    Yesterday was a very nice day, went to the Christmas parade. For today I plan to do some light yoga exercise and strech out, eat good food and enjoy life.
    Still sleeping like a baby and kinda skipping lunch, unintentionally. I am a bit worried that I'm not getting close enough to my 2000 daily calorie requirements but, on the other hand, I take that as a positive sign that my body adapted to burning fat for fuel and as such, there is no real danger of starving.
    I have been monitoring my sleep for a couple of years now ( since my psychology class) and I must say that fasting really boosts my sleep quality more than anything. Here is to long winter nights and resetting circadian rhythms!

    Friday and Saturday were ugly, but I started today with a light breakfast and a fast run. Hoping to keep up the momentum today. Good luck, All!

    Light activity day today, a 2 mile run, some shopping and baking in the afternoon. Back on track tomorrow
