Easy Milkshake!

Hi, everyone ! I am new to this group but I already love it! I love cooking and baking so I know this will be a group that fits me. I wanted to share my "On The Run" breakfast for those days that I don't have much time. I promise you it's sweet, healthy, and great on fiber!

Banana Milkshake
1 cup of Horizon Fat Free Organic Milk (90 cal.)
1 whole Banana (100 cal.)
3 tablespoon of Chia Seeds (30.5 grams or 1 scoop)(160 cal.)
1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon (Optional)(3 cal.)

It tastes amazing and it's only 353 calories with 15g of FIBER!

    I don't have exact numbers but i put some
    milk
    half a banana
    vanilla shake powder
    peanut butter
    and ice!

    banana couple dates and 30 calorie silk milk n some ice thick sweet and very healthy
